tuned in;
today was much more fun than i expected it to be.
i started off the day by meeting jieling at the far east bus stop and jessie just outside hyatt and we went in to find some number of ambassadors already gathering at the lobby, near the straits kitchen. and i tot i overdressed when i saw chia may `cause she was just wearing her usual. ahaha. but after seeing some others, i realise i look pretty average lah. lalala. but later we all started forcusing on the food rather than the way we all dressed up for this event.
the food was fab. haha. we just went to get the food and shared among us. our table consisted of me, ron, jieling, jessie and kaiying. we tried almost all the food and i think the oriental style was the best. especially the dish with the scallop and abalone! gosh. you could see almost all the people are actually queueing for that lah. once that wok is ready, all the typical singaporeans attitude come right out of them. i know there was this man who was damn pissed off with the woman who first cut our queue, then uses the fried rice scoop to take that dish `cause penny was using the scoop for that dish. god. turn off. i saw that man right at the end of the queue diao that lady lah. lol. but the prata was quite good too. and the mango sherbet was good too. hmmm. the roasted duck was wooo. ahhh. the food arhhh. hmmm. ahhhh. delicious. the company was fun as well. we managed to take a few nice photos on our phones and also joked around with jack`s table and joshua`s table. and we took ambassadors` photos as well. em1 photo too. it was fun. ((: thanks guys. the food was good. u guys` company topped it off.
anyway, after the wooo ahhh delicious food and fun company, i went off shopping with jieling, kaiying and wenfang. kaiying left soon after `cause she needed to service her handphone and was afraid the shop she want to go would be closing soon. we went to look for the lime green slippers that jieling saw lorraine wearing. but she bought grey in the end and i got the black so that it`s two pairs for 10 bucks. cheaper mah, so buy loh. lol. my shopping trip just begun. (: well, wenfang left after showing me the shop where she bought her skirt from. bought a skirt from there. went off to shaw to look for my new year clothes. our first stop was levi`s. tried out one of the 593s but i didn`t really like that. and i think i`m not stick to 27W 32L anymore. prob have to buy 28W, ahhh. poly made me put on weight. shit.
next, we went to mango, and i picked out 3 tops. and guess what, all were black. darn. it was for new year lah, goodness sake. so i didn`t get any of those 3 tops at all. got a pair of green pants at 75 bucks instead. both me and jieling liked it alot, but jieling couldn`t spend and it didn`t have the size she wanted. but it`s okay jieling, you can always borrow from me if you want it. hee. it was then that i realised i only got bottoms but no tops except the black halter that day i bought at heeren with seance. so we went around shopping for my top. couldn`t find anything, or it was sorta or very out of my budget. but i guess i will go get a few tops after cny. after i save and return huimin and yang money first that is. if there are any remaining. haha. (highly impossible though, sigh. but it`s okay lah. slowly loh. lol.) but i bought a red s & k racer back at $9.60. haha. just for the first day of cny. lalala.
anyway. enuff of my shopping trip. i`m so glad that common test is finally over. cip was okay lah. i`m not confident for it and i guess i deserve whatever grade i got since i didn`t start studying until that morning. haha. but at least i think i could survive with a passing grade at least? haha. okok. i met up with the lms group to get started with the good script but we didn`t finish it. left to meet seance for dinner. started off at terraza and later on to nooch for dinner. the company was absolutely great, really. i love hanging out with those people. they make me laugh so much, it hurts. and always amuse alot of the commuters of the mrt with our actions. we so rock. (:
alright. said enough for a day. time to rest my tired bones. i`m gone.
